She's gone missing again... I can't remember how long it's been since if seen that crazy vampiren's hair...the walls are watching, though they can't see over my shoulder, I know that they're trying to see what I'm writing. They won't find out though, no! Never... I've tried to force my nose to pick up her scent, but to little avail....the sun's abandoned me, it no longer listens to my cries for help. I say "Stay out longer!" and it goes to bed earlier. Why? Why must you hide your warm rays from us and cover the pale green leaves in horrible white stains of chill?!...I fear something's gone wrong. There's a filling in the pit of my stomach. Something unseen by my own eyes is at work...something deceptively good but ultimately evil... The chairs in the tavern, they speak to each other at night after closing time...whispering and murmuring, never letting me in on their little secrets. If they keep it up, I'll show those daft chairs who's boss! If it happens again tonight, I'll pile them up and set them a light...
